First, you never pay for technical support here unless you are satisfied with the level of support and the results.

  When you are satisfied, you will go to the "Pay For Technical Support " page and only then will you have any out-of-pocket expense. Technical support for customers who have purchased my e-book "The Key To Your Security System " will be charged $12 dollars for each 15 minute interval of technical support. The cost is $15 dollars per 15 minute interval for those who have not purchased the e-book. So how many 15 minute intervals will be required to diagnose and repair my security system?

  Time usually ranges from 15 minutes to 60 minutes on average and during the entire communication process you will always know where you stand, so there are no surprises. There is, however, a 15 minute minimum or $12 dollar minimum, whichever way you want to look at it. Nonetheless, We have helped many people save money on service calls, on their schedule, and their terms.
