DON'T GAMBLE ON THE SECURITY FOR YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS !

The Rest of the Story..... You Know, The Information Your Security Company Sales Representative Didn't Tell You......

If YOU KNEW THESE THINGS, WOULD YOU HAVE SIGNED THAT MONITORING CONTRACT?

 "THE SECURITY GUY"

Hello and thanks in advance for stopping by. My name is Tim and I am "THE SECURITY GUY". Take a moment to read the reason I wrote this ebook....

I have been working in the security alarm business for almost twenty years. During this time I have mostly been on the installation and service side of the business. I can say for a fact there have been hundreds, no wait, thousands of times that I wanted to step up and reveal the little secrets about this industry, especially to residential customers. The fact is, if I had told the customers some of the information in this book I may have been fired. Here's why. Two ways to tell a lie. One way is to twist the facts or just outright tell someone something that just simply is not true. Another way to lie is by leaving out an important part of the story. Its not that you said something that's not true, you just selectively and intentionally left out part of the facts.

Recently my wife and I were taking our dogs to be groomed. We have two schnauzers and believe me, they are as much of our family as any human family member (even more so than some, ha-ha). While we were sitting in the waiting area we noticed a woman with a little puppy. We commented on her puppy and asked how old it was. She said it was eight weeks old and she and her husband had just bought it.

Now here's the ironic part. She said they had a poodle, his name was Larry, and that they had him for six years but recently lost him. She said she came home from work one day and the back door was standing wide open and Larry was gone. Well the story got worse for me. Her back door was kicked open and Larry was gone as well as some other things. She had been burglarized. She went on to tell me that she couldn't believe it. They had a security system and they armed it everyday before going to work. She said she couldn't understand it. Why didn't the police call? Why didn't the monitoring company call? Well, what she found out was the burglar had cut the phone line before kicking in the back door. She said no one had ever told her the security system would not work if the phone line was cut. In fact, she said she thought the monitoring company received some type of signal whenever the phone didn't work. She was very upset and angry that no one ever told her this. She said "its not that they lied to me, they just neglected to tell me. As upset as she was I certainly felt uncomfortable telling her I was a security installer.

That's when I had enough. People should be provided with the whole story, not just the part that helps sell a system and a monitoring contract. Some security companies have been avoiding certain facts to customers for years. The security business is changing though. Technology has advanced, the prices for new technology has decreased dramatically and today there are no excuses for not disclosing all of the facts.

Enough is Enough! I wrote this guide so people would have access to "The Rest of the Story". You will be amazed to find out the real truth about your security system. There are simple steps you can take to enhance your home security. The security companies claim they are selling "Peace of Mind". "Peace of Mind" is acquired through knowledge. When you leave your house in the morning to go to work you want to feel comfortable that no one is going to mess with your home and belongings. This guide, "The Key to your Security System", will provide you with the extra knowledge you need to ensure you truly have "Peace of Mind" while your away.

Carol Gregor sent in a very interesting point. If you spend considerable time away from home you definitely need this information:

Dear Tim,

My husband ordered your book on a whim, and boy are we glad. We had just had our system reviewed by a professional and we were told everything was working fine, and it is important to us because we travel a lot, most of the time together. Our system was not fine to say the least, BUT IT IS NOW. Your information is priceless, and we are eternally grateful. We wish you every success in the future.

I highly recommend your e-book to everyone.

Thanks Again,

Carol Gregor

This "Reveal All" E-Book Could Possibly Save the Property in your Home or Business !

Maybe you are like Carol and her husband, hardly ever at home. Burglars are notorious for determining peoples habits. Obviously they prefer that no one is home. Will your security system work? My E-Book will serve as a guide to some of the most important factors about your security system. As a matter of fact, some important factors that most security system owners don't know or have never even thought of.........

Here’s What A Few More Folks Had To
Say About This "Reveal All" E-Book When They Purchased:

"THE KEY TO YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM"

"Tim,

If I had known about the information in this book I would have made serious adjustments to my security system and my monitoring contract from the beginning! Thanks for the book, I would have never known about the serious holes I had in my system. After someone ripped me off it would have been to late to do something about it. Best $19.95 I've spent this year, hands down!

Brian Metzer

Tim,

I just can't believe I was not informed of these very important issues when I purchased my alarm system. It's not what they told me, it's what they didn't tell me that was the issue. I never even thought about it until I read your book.  Great job!"

Joann Hepner

PS - I really mean it... Great Job!

"Hello Tim,

After I read your book I was surprised to find out I didn't have the security system I thought I had. This guide opened my eyes to just how unsecure my home security system really was. In fact, I found out I didn't even have control over it. I did make a few changes. Best of all, since I implemented the strategies in the manual I do leave my home feeling much more comfortable knowing I have minimized the possibility of a burglar being successful. Thanks for the information, it was well worth it!

Tom Lowell

Tim,

"I was skeptical when I looked at the title--- but then I started reading the book and was SPEECHLESS! I couldn't believe all this time has gone by and I was not aware my system was practically useless. The book definitely showed me where I needed to make some changes. Thanks for the inside scoop.

Anthony Santos

OK, I know most people don't care to much for scare tactics and statistics and quite frankly I don't either, but the data speaks for itself. There are a few steps you can take to aid in the effectiveness of your security system. They are simple, some as easy as a few phone calls. You need to be aware of the big picture though, my E-Book will point you in the right direction, "the rest of the story", 20 VERY IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM,

READ ON...........

Burglary is defined in the Uniform Crime Reporting Program as the unlawful entry of a structure to commit a felony or theft. The use of force to gain entry is not required to classify an offense as a burglary. Burglary in the Program is categorized into three sub classifications: forcible entry, unlawful entry where no force is used, and attempted forcible entry.

Burglary offenses nationwide in 2002 were estimated at 2,151,875

An examination of the data by population group showed that those cities with populations under 10,000, as well as those with populations from 10,000 to 24,999, experienced a 2.8 percent increase in reported burglaries in 2002. Those cities with populations of 250,000 and over were the only population group to experience a decline, 0.3 percent, from 2001. The Nation's cities collectively saw a 1.0 percent increase in the number of burglaries reported in 2002 when compared to the 2001 estimate. Suburban counties had an increase of 2.6 percent, and rural counties had an increase in burglaries of 2.4 percent.

The majority of burglaries, 65.8 percent, were residential, and the remaining 34.2 percent were of nonresidences, such as stores, offices, etc. A review of burglary data in which the time of the offense was known showed that most residential burglaries, 61.7 percent, occurred during daytime hours, and most nonresidential burglaries, 57.7 percent, occurred at night. The time of occurrence for 24.1 percent of burglaries was unknown.

Statistics about burglaries can be located from many different sources. Some security company representatives like to use scare tactics as a sales tool. I say this "If a security company sales representative is concerned enough to inform you of these statistics then why not inform you of all of the details about your security system".

"THE KEY TO YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM"

This "Reveal All" E-book is an awesome enhancement. Your home or business may never be burglarized, but if it is, you certainly want to know your security system is going to work. You really need to know the real truth about your security system!

Really, there’s really nothing left to say. I’ve done just about everything possible to provide you with key information about your security system. In fact, if there’s something I haven’t done (short of giving it away) that you think I should have – let me know.

Can this book provide additional steps to keep the burglars out of my house? Absolutely!!

Think about it, for less than one month of the cost you pay for monitoring your security system you get very important information the security companies don't want to disclose or discuss.
